What is Livelo?
We provide our customers with professional road bike rentals in 10 countries! We also provide customized Guided Bike Tours for cyclists to explore excellent routes by one of our trusted guides.
How can I collect my bike?
In most cases bikes can be picked up in store or delivered to you based on your location (delivery fee). We also deliver to hotels/airbnb. After placing your booking we will contact you to determine a delivery times.
Can I use the bike in a Triathlon?
Yes, our bikes can be used in Triathlons and other special events. As you explore road bike rentals you might see locations that offer special event rentals.
Why can't I book a bike on the date I need it?
Bikes that are no longer available on a specifc date mean they have been sold out for a particular size. Please try a different date or a different bike size. If you are booking a bike for an event, please check if there is a special event.
How much is the delivery fee?
The delivery fee is calculated based on the delivery address at checkout. The delivery fee covers the delivery and collection.
When will my bike be delivered?
Delivery time depends on whether a delivery is to a Hotel or private home (such as Airbnb). Deliveries to Hotels are dropped off with the hotel concierge between 5-8pm the day BEFORE your booking. Deliveries to Airbnb and private homes will be dropped off during a 2-hour window, we will call you to coordinate.
When will my bike be collected?
We collect bikes after 4pm on the last day of your rental. If you are based at a private home (such as Airbnb), we will coordinate a time when we deliver your bike.
