If you would like to collect your bike the day before your rental start date, you can do that during the last hour of trading on the day before your rental start date. Or you can collect the bike when we open on your rental start date.

How to Place a Booking

Please book your guided tour 3 days before the ride date to avoid disappointment.

Select your date

Select the number of riders

Add to cart.

Select a bike for each rider.

Add your rider profile information (you can return to your booking later to complete).

Go to your cart - top right corner.

Add your location address.

Choose delivery or pickup.

Finalise your payment.

You will receive 2 emails from Livelo:

A tax receipt

A booking confirmation with your booking details. Please check your spam folders if not in your inbox.

You can also view your bookings in your Livelo account, right here in the Livelo booking app.
