Collecting Your Bike

You can collect your bike from our East Sheen (SW14 8AG) location on Friday 20 September, between 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.  

You can return your bike to our East Sheen (SW14 8AG) location between 8:30 am and 5:00pm on Sunday the 22 September.

If you would like to collect your bike the day before your rental start date, you can do that during the last hour of trading on the day before your rental start date. Or you can collect the bike when we open on your rental start date. Your bike has to be returned 1 hour before closing on the last day of your rental. If your rental end date is a Sunday and you cannot return before 3pm, please email us at ride@livelo.bike
