When you are finished with your bike, return it to the hotel concierge or return it to Livelo if you collected it from us.

How to Place a Booking

We have a small fleet of high-quality road bikes in each city. Please book ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Login to your account or signup for a free account. 

Select your start date (the first day you want to ride - we deliver the evening before).

Select your End date (the last day you want to ride).

Note - if you are booking a 1-day rental, your Start Date and End Date will be the same.

Select your size.

Add to cart.

Add your rider profile information.

Add any another bike, accessories or a guided ride.

Go to your cart - top right corner.

Add your location address.

Choose delivery or pickup option.

Finalise your payment via credit card.

After You Place Your Booking

You will receive a transaction receipt via email.

You will receive a booking confirmation with your booking details. Please check your spam folders if not in your inbox.

You can also check, and update your booking status in your Rider Profile here on the Livelo App.

You can follow the status of your booking on the app.



If you would like to collect your bike the day before your rental start date, you can do that during the last hour of trading on the day before your rental start date. Or you can collect the bike when we open on your rental start date. If you need to collect or return your bike on a weekend, please reply to your Order Confirmation email with that request.
